He is highly responsive and accessible at all hours of the day and evenings. He's a pleasure to work with and is very detailed, which is great when dealing with your finances and house hunting goals. My husband and I highly recommend Jim for getting your home loan. From the first moment we contacted Jim, he worked day and night to get our loan approved, and he got us a great rate! Jim was great at communicating with our agent, and everyone else involved, to keep the loan process going smoothly, and kept us all informed as we went along. With his expert guidance, our escrow closed in 30 days with a minimum of stress. Jim navigated our somewhat complicated loan with ease, in spite of having multiple properties and accounts that needed to be verified, and our less than organized lives.
