We never had a laspe in communication. Heather was on top of every document needed and answered our questions very fast. If we had a hiccup, it was resoved quickly. Heather updated me often with the current market rates and gave me her best opinion on when to lock in our rate. I never felt like I needed to ask alot of questions because she was forthgoing on relaying pertinent information quickly. I highly recommend using Heather Hakes. She'll become your friend in the end.
