Working with Rene and his team makes a stressful experience as painless as possible. My family and friends have used him for financing new purchases and refinances a dozen or more times. Each experience has been beyond expectations. Most recently, I am deeply appreciative of the speed with which Rene handled a pre-approval and a rather creative, unusual financing package for my retirement condo purchase. Rene's attention to detail and always thinking several steps ahead is a lifesaver. He is also able to explain things clearly to non-finance people and calm down anxiety and stress.
