Marina was on top of it every step of the way. She kept me updated every week during the transaction which is always refreshing as the listing agent. What made the experience great was that Art was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, helpful, and friendly when speaking to my wife and I. We came in as first time buyers and what scared us was not knowing what to expect, the process of buying a house, and how especially getting taken advantage off for being first time buyers. Art was very welcoming since the beginning and always asking us what we wanted and what price range we were looking for in buying our house. It put us at ease that he was thinking about my family and I and not about a pay check. He did everything in his power to get us the accommodating loan that suited us, ran numbers and provided us with qualifying and assistive programs we could select from. Overall, if we knew the experience of purchasing a house was this easy, we would’ve done it sooner. I highly recommend going to Art, overall great and very nice person to have along your side while needing information and getting the help you need while purchasing a home.
