As FTHB, Stephen was extremely patient and understanding while handling our questions and concerns. He met with us multiple times, without hesitation, in person to go over information that could have been handled virtually— but the face to face conversation made us more comfortable knowing new questions would keep arising. Stephen was also present during our appointment with the notary which was extremely helpful yielding comments and questions from the notary.
