Rene kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process, making sure to check in at each stage of the transaction and advising what the next steps would be so we could be prepared. Rene and his team made the whole experience very smooth and easy. We didn’t encounter any issues and I put that down to the dedication and professionalism of Rene and his team. This was our first time buying a home and naturally we had a lot of questions. Rene made himself available to us to answer any and all questions, taking his time to explain in a way that we could easily understand the various terminology and what was needed from us. Rene was very detailed and thorough and made sure everything was taken care of so that we weren’t left guessing with what was required from us. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry is impressive and made us feel at ease that we were in the right hands. I can’t recommend Rene enough and have already been telling friends about him! Mary was attentive, caring, and humane throughout the home buying process. She didn’t sugar coat things nor treat us like customers.
