Greg and his whole staff were more than timely in all communication, it was almost as if they were anticipating my request. As documents arrived they were through and readily available for any and all questions I had. I never had to sit in confusion or in need of direction, they were always alongside me for anything I needed. Even when I was looking for a lender initially, they were lightening fast in response. In fact, I still have lenders I had approached in the beginning stages who are just now getting back to me, and with Greg Cross and his crew with Northwest Lending and have closed on my new home and almost completely settled! This team is stellar, nearly magical! They made one of life’s great stressors an easy experience and helped me through any and all barriers!
