There are people that come to work to collect a check and then go home. Cynthia Escobar (and her team) are not that type. They thrive upon producing excellent services and results. They are knowledgeable, they are VERY professional, too. I noticed this quickly as my loan was not too typical. As a resilt, I was not the best customer to deal with. However, Cynthia took it in stride, just like a professional does. She allowed me to stay in course and led me through. I cannot than her enough for her sincerity, dedication, and know-how.

There was an email sent on 9/27 regarding interest rates going up, and requesting a lock but that was ignored until a week before closing 10/15. Granted we could have pressured more and called, but under her advice, waiting cost us $200 a month. That was the only down side. In the future, we will lock the rate immediately at the start.
