Everything from start to finish was excellent. Full time communication and responses when ever questions came up. Silverio and his team were and are very respectful for your time and concerns. Prior to having spoken with Mr. Garcia, I had talked to several different realtors and lenders who just wanted business or money. Silverio was never pushy and always respected my wife’s and I timing and needs. We actually called him two months prior with just questions which he answered but never bugged us
