After having done mortgage work for many years, Cynthia is really on top of what a particular loan needs in order to be approved. She can anticipate what the underwriter will have concerns about and asks the borrower to explain those items in advance of submitting the loan. This expedites the loan process and makes the borrower feel more at ease (at least it did for me). She is an expert loan officer and processor and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase or refinance.

Fidel assisted me every step of the way, including writing a purchase agreement since it was a private sale and we didn"t use real agent. He and his staff were in constant communication Fidel was great explaining the different loan options that would fit our needs.
