Silverio was incredibly easy to work with. Every step of the way for my first mortgage he gave clear instructions and was very responsive, never hesitating to take extra time and answer my questions or concerns during the pandemic. I'm pleased to say the task of buying a house in CA while living in NY wasn't nearly as difficult as I expected, a notary visited me in NY and all the paperwork was taken care of from NY allowing me to move into my house the day I arrived in CA.
