With the housing market as crazy as it is, the availability and responsiveness of a mortgage loan team is critical to successfully getting an offer accepted and closing escrow on time. Jennifer and the Golden Empire Mortgage (GEM) team were awesome in this respect, as well as laying out all the possible loan scenarios in an easy to understand format in order to make an informed decision. I needed to re-finance and looked at a couple of places just because friends referred me around but no one else could compare with the responsiveness and professionalism of World Mortgage Group. Everyone I spoke with was hugely helpful and took the time to explain things to me. I truly believe I got the best deal because they all work hard and I feel they really care.
