While Melissa was initially very responsive, towards the end of our escrow communication dwindled especially when issues came up with our loan. Additionally, there was an oversight with respect to our loan requirement and the timing of a previous termite inspection being performed and since expired. This was an oversight from Melissa however we never received direct communication from her regarding this or acknowledgement it occurred. Our realtor handled the issue and we were able to successfully navigate the final days of our escrow process, however I expected more transparent communication
