Fidel is professional, and very communicative.Our builder had a pref. lender which we would of received a credit for if we used them.From day 1 we told them we’d rather loose the credit & work with Fidel as we had already established a trust w him.We never felt unsure during this whole process as Fidel was always avail. to answer any questions needed he always said “don’t worry I will handle it.” whenever we felt worried about something with our builder & timing.I can’t recommend Fidel enough.
