Luck was on our side, as we got a 2.5% refi rate locked in . However the powers in charge made sure we danced to their tunes while jumping through large and small hoops with many extra requirements and document demands. We must have received 30 or so calls from Carl requesting yet another document or form to sign, always with apologies and good humor. We finally got all our duckies in a row, and got approved. Carl is a true professional and made it as painless as possible.
