Nicole team is impeccable. I was boxed into a very small slit time window with a 1031 exchange deadline with a whistle blown at the last minute. Loan paperwork, escrow document notarization and delivery, timely release of funds and recording the deed had no room whatsoever for margin of error. With property in Sacramento, my realtor in Fremont, Nicole in Richmond, funding office in Bakersfield and title company in San Diego, it was amazing teamwork of Nicole that won the last minute batlle!!!
