Fidel was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and attentive. If I had questions, he was quick to answer. He always responded to emails, texts, and phone calls in a timely fashion. Fidel was personable and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He always kept me informed and most of he was kind. This process can be hectic and nerve racking, but Fidel made my first time home purchase very pleasant, looking forward to the next one!
