All our questions were addressed in a "user friendly" way so we could understand what we were signing. We felt the attention to our re-fi was handled in a timely fashion without too many delays, and we were kept abreast of what was going on with the process thru communication with Nancy. The only part we didn't understand was when we were going to know what bank was going to handle it in the end, but more will be revealed. Thank you for your service. Nice meeting you and your staff.
