Joseph is responsive and he is honest. He answers emails and calls quickly, and has that kind of personality that makes you feel as if you are as an important of a customer than the next guy. This is even though, currently, the business is slammed with business. Above all else, he is honest, and if a mistake is made, he does not try to hide it or gloss over it. He works with you and communicates what is going on. His co-worker Jon, loan processor, and him make a great team!
