Melissa was helpful but the real aficionado was Summer. Summer regularly took the additional time to explain things to my wife and I on multiple occasions. Tammy was extremely pleasant and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her however, I was displeased that I was charged for a rate extension. She asked for it to be waived but was denied. The delayed turnaround time of the underwriters contributed to the need for the rate extension and I felt I was wrongfully charged. Additionally, I wish I would have been informed that the lien would not be covered in escrow. I had to do a last-minute wire transfer which added additional fees.
