Not only did we appreciate the lack of fees, but Laura and her team made our experience much easier by holding our hand throughout the process so by the end of the process, we had a much better understanding of the terms, common challenges of home ownership and more. I chose All Pacific due to level of communication and care in my first interactions with them, especially compared to other lenders when getting pre-approvals. They also beat closing cost fees and mortgage rates of other lenders. The same level of commitment was observed all the way through the process by all staff I worked with and everything went smoothly.
