*** Veteran Approved!*** I went to a few lenders before I was referred to Silverio. Of course, all the others claimed to be veteran preferred lenders, blah blah blah! Christy Calderon has always provided us with outstanding service. She is fast, efficient, and very professional. She is the reason I would recommend your team again. However, Veronica Ruano has a lot of room to grow in terms of communication, professionalism, and courtesy. I believe it is important when communicating with a client you spell their name correctly, and insure the body of the messages does not contain other errors. The tone of her emails was always as if she was doing us a favor.
