Terry's ability to communicate and connect made it easy to work with him, but his knowledge and the team he put together creates an easy path to understand what would be otherwise a very confusing process. You expect certain hurdles or "challenges" especially with paperwork and information gathering, but from initial conversation to having the loan funded, this entire process was smooth and stress free.

Rene has done a fantastic job throughout this entire process. He originally helped with my home purchase, then again with my refinance. His customer service and communication have always been top notch. He was also patient throughout the refinance process while I had been furloughed from work and ensured me that he would do what was necessary for us to be able to refinance and not suffer much of a penalty. He followed through on his word. I would definitely recommend Rene to anyone!
