Truly we had a great experience in the processing of our loan. The communication was great which helped us understand how the status of the loan is. Questions are answered very satisfactorily. Toni is always willing to help you in the loan process. She is willing to answer questions even after normal work hours which is very helpful because my work keeps me busy and sometimes I can only call later in the evening.
