Joe worked hard to get the loan funded. There were some issues with the communication between myself, Jon Morales and the funding agent. Jon wasn't clear with me on what was going to be required on the day the loan was supposed to fund. I found out that morning that we needed to have our employment re-verified prior to funding. This would have been nice to know a few days in advance in order to set it up with our employers instead of hitting them with it last minute.

Mr. Harrison is a very wise man. He will not steer you in the wrong direction. He handled everything from beginning to end which made it so easy for me. He kept in contact and updated me throughout the entire process. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner; if not immediately. The excellent customer service from day one when we first met with Fidel and his entire team. The attention to details in every aspect (greeting, service, communication, etc.) and outstanding office environment/atmosphere. Fidel is subject matter expert, very knowledgeable, and was very clear on explaining, guiding us through our refinance options.
