He was forthright with information, explored many options and explained things in an understandable manner! He connected to us on a real family/personal level and was very easy to talk to. He gave us REAL advice as a REAL person and not just an agent. Towards the end of the process our communication dwindled a bit and a few snags out of his control from other agencies. There wasn't a way to know what was going on without having to keep reach out. It would be nice if GEM had a better tool for him
