Through process that lasted four years trying to find our new home, Greg was always right up to speed and expedited all our information for several homes we had put offers on but weren’t accepted. He was extremely informative and understanding with us with all our questions and concerns. He worked well with the realtors in submitting prequalification and any pertinent information they needed through all the steps we went through. The complexity that go hand-in-hand with the financial industry, specifically interest rates, points, bottom line cost to secure our loan we are definitely easier to understand with the help of Greg’s expertise. Greg stayed right there with us until we finally found our forever home and orchestrated all of the necessary tasks so that we could get it completed smoothly. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

The level of communication is high throughout the whole process. We knew what we needed to do from start to finish. I do wish that everything wouldn't be so urgent or had to be done right away but I understand that this is the nature of escrow. I think Thomas was definitely our best choice in choosing a lender
