Cody did such a great job during our recent transaction! He was always available for questions and has a great system when it comes to following up, not only with the agents involved in the transaction, but also the buyers. From an agents perspective, it is always nice not having to chase someone down for information! Cody is thorough, very involved and extremely honest. He also knows who to call and nudge when things aren't moving as quickly as they should. I would 100% work with Cody again!

Terry is absolutely amazing and we are recommending him to everyone! This was our first home purchase and he made us feel so comfortable and was very thorough in explaining all of our options. Besides the fact that he is funny, down to earth, and very welcoming, he is very knowledgeable and cared about us recieving the best rate. We had asked him for recommendations and he referred us to our realtor, Rosie O'Grady at ReMax. She is absolutely the best! Terry and the people he works with/recommends are of the highest caliber. If you want an A team, go with Terry - he will take care of you. GEM Mortgage was the best option for us, we had shopped around and had done our research, even the competitors who had reviewed our quote from GEM Mortgage said GEM was a great option.
