Anthony was very informative and yet still a bit confusing. During our experience it was a bit confusing on all the fees and cost of the loan. Not sure if the CalHFA was the right loan for us, due to it costing us $30K over the sales price. Most of that money went to super high closing cost and loan fees including CalHFA. If I would of used my own money for down payment I wouldn't owe 500k I would owe the 470k.
