Brad has always given great explanations to the entire process of buying to now refinancing our home. Always goes above and beyond to show you multiple scenarios so you can pick the best option for yourself. He gets to know you and your family needs to get you what you need. Brad does what I love in showing you all the options but doesn’t try and up sale you on anything.

The person who was with us to sign the loan docs never told me what my house payment amount is. And i it wasnt told my ir my husband that it was a 10,000.00 charge/fee to do our loan. I think those things should have been explained up front and first. We are first time buyers and that was well known by all parties involved. Please explain everything up front next time, so it is not such a shock to unaware buyers. Thank you John and Jane Huesser.
