My wife and I moved to California for work and we didn’t have any friends or family that new anyone that could help us by our first home. Trust is huge in my opinion and we didn’t know who we could trust. We tried a few people but we felt like we were getting strung along. We bumped into a family that had just moved in to their home and they brought up Oscar. Just by the way they talked about him I felt safe calling him and meeting him in person. He went above and beyond what I expected and everyone I talked to, my Realitor, listing agents, everyone said Oscar was on top of it the whole time. Everyone was impressed with how informative he was keeping everyone. He made getting our first home a very smooth process. Oscar and his team made the escrow process a breeze and with ease! Whenever I had any questions, he was quick to respond. To this day, he still answers any questions I have and makes spontaneous phone calls to ensure home ownership is going well. Silverio was very knowledgeable of the VA loans and understood my needs and there is something different in him from other lenders. He was always available to assist me with anything that I need. I believe if Yolanda Castro didn’t introduce me to him, this deal would be harder to achieve.

This is not the only time we have worked with Oscar on a refinance. Each time he provided us with the best loan option that fit our needs. If he didn’t have the answer, he’d do the research and explain in layman’s terms the different options to choose.
