As a first time homebuyer at only 22 years old, the home buying process seemed extremely daunting to me. Fidel and his team made sure to explain everything throughout the entire process, and made everything seamless and easy to understand. From figuring out the best solutions to problems that arose to keeping in constant communication if I had questions or was unsure about something. They were with me from day 1 and I don't doubt that they will be a long standing asset to me in the future. Everyone at Zabe Mortgage Group has been incredibly kind, diligent, respectful, and I look forward to working with them again! Heather is the consummate professional, her ability to communicate advise by phone, email and text kept us informed through out the loan application, escrow and closing. What I admired the most is Heather's attention to the details of the situation at that monument and her ability to anticipate the next steps.
