Having found our dream home and not prequalified on the last day offers were to be accepted, Silverio was able to prequalify us quickly so that we were able to make an offer that day! Silverio and his team are knowledgeable, professional and work hard for you! Silverio took the time to answer all my questions. He always responded quickly to all my phone calls and text messages. I never physically met Silverio and his team but I feel like I knew them very well and they knew me because they were ALWAYS there for me! Thank you for helping us every step of the way! This has been the best experience ever. It was like having a friend in the business!

I cannot say enough good things about Silverio Garcia and his team at GEM Mortgage! We were referred by my husbands coworkers (who recently purchased through Silverio as well) and were told that He was nothing short of amazing. And boy were they right! We called Silverio to schedule a meeting and get to know him and what we needed to do in order to start looking at Houses. Silverio was always prompt with responses to our questions, extremely knowledgable (we had a FHA Loan), explained what was going to happen and why, what to look for and expect, but most importantly He closed our escrow in less than a month! He always made my husband and I feel important and took time to answer all our questions and concerns. I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through this process so quickly and painlessly if it weren't for Silverio, as well as his team, are so professional and extremely prompt!
