Mike and the team were very great throughout the entire loan process. They all had the buyer in their best interest at all times. The lenders explained everything until I completed understanded it and never seemed to get frustrated with the random questions I would ask. I would recommend anyone to Intergrity for their professionalism and tasks completed in a timely manner.

I never thought that I could **own** a house in SoCal because of the insane expensive housing market here. And, I didn't have the strongest credit history. Not a lot of money to put down. Highly HIGHLY recommend. We worked with GEM Mortgage, and they made the home buying process so quick and painless. Their team communicated wonderfully with whatever documents we needed to provide and we even got to close escrow a full 5 days sooner than anticipated through their hard work and persistence.

We went into the purchase of our first home with an insane number of questions and concerns and somewhat blindly (first home purchase!) but Silverio was there for us every step of the way with the answers and words of encouragement when there were issues. He was extremely professional, very responsive and his team made this whole process a breeze. Our loan did not not close on time but that wasn't the fault of Silverio and his team, that was an issue on the sellers end.

Working with Silverio and his team was a wonderful experience. We had the opportunity to work with Silverio and his team twice. Both times they delivered. Always answered our phone calls and late night texts. Everyone was always up-to-date on what was going on with our loan so when we called in for questions they knew exactly what was going on.
