That Antoine was always willing to take our phone calls to answer our questions; and when he couldn't do so immediately, he would call back as soon as possible. Buying a house is a daunting experience for people who are doing it for the first time. We knew we were ignorant, but Antoine didn't make us feel stupid. He was patient and kind, even if it meant repeating the same information over and over because we either didn't get it or misunderstood. If it wasn't for this patience and willingness to have these conversations we would not have been confident with this transaction. We are grateful he treated us like we were his top priority!

What made my experience working with Michelle great is that she is on top of her game and all facets of the lending business. She is very knowledgeable and advised me on the proper steps to take to save money, and made sure that my refinance/purchase was both cost effective and done properly. She referred me to vendors/business partners such as insurance specialist, and energy efficient contacts, and gave me guidance and great advice. Michelle basically helped me clean up my finances and I am now debt free. She is simply put a very sharp and professional business woman.
