The whole process was amazing! Thomas made me feel like an expert with all the knowledge he shared. Not only that, Thomas was patient to understand my needs, available for all my questions and concerns, so diligent on his work yet, managed to work at such incredible speed, so welcoming in which led me to put my fears aside and be comfortable in speaking up with my requests. I just felt like I was part of the Gem Mortgage family. I previously attempted to start process in purchasing a home and the lack of communication and interest from that previous lender scared me away.
