Frank was introduced to us by our realtor. We had been attempting to finalize our lending with another lender and we hadn’t seen much movement after 2 months with them. Frank and his team got us moving immediately. There was always some line of communication open, wether it was Ashlee or Rena. Someone always was available to speak too. Even our notary was amazing at loan closing. We hope to do more business and we definitely will be referring our friends and family to this fantastic team.

Frank since the start of our introduction was present. He made sure we stayed connected during the loan application process. We are First Time Home Buyers so we had question. If Frank was unavailable his team was present. We constantly had a line of communication open. When we placed our first offer on a home we had a closing worksheet within the hour. He helped explain that, there’s so much more than a down payment needed and we felt more at ease in understanding the process. We had worked with two previous lenders, but Frank and his team did more for us in three days than the others. If you feel you need to be able to answer your questions and guide you. Stop here !
