It was great when working with Manuel but communication dropped off when it shifted to Jairo. I would have to check the status and then he would update me for example,” I’m waiting on this” then I would say oh okay I didn’t hear back so was checking. The main communication issue was Jairo spoke to me as though I was committing fraud. Everyone knows underwriters need supporting docs but Jairo would tell me “well you claim to…” or yeah you say….but I need to see blah blah blah” That’s not necessary. Simply we’ll need verifying docs or something to that effect is enough. After a couple days with Jairo I finally sent an email explaining I’m not trying to commit fraud and copied Manuel on it. The tone did change to a non bias one after that.
