My wife and I were extremely nervous purchasing our first home. Heather and Pearl kept us calm and answered all of our questions at all times of the day. By calming my wife and I down during the sometimes-frenzied loan application process and reassuring us that GEM had everything under control was very important. Frank and his team got my VA Home Loan Certification Letter to me quickly and that was crucial to getting the process underway. Frank is truly an experienced professional and we were happy to have him on board during the home-buying experience.
