I've had a great experience working with Michelle for my first home. Michelle is the most competent loan officer. She is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and responds promptly. Not only she is competent, but also she is very friendly. She always provided explanations in detail and kept me posted with the loan process. Even after the close of escrow, she didn't forget to follow up on how I am doing and asked how my moving went. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone, that I already recommended her to my co-worker who is looking to buy a house.

Melanie who was on top of emailing us for all the documents she was also amazing the whole team was great! Our lender Thomas connected us with Amber our realtor so we didn’t attempt to work with any other realtor and I have ZERO regrets about that she was amazing! Their communication is prompt, helpful, and friendly. Their knowledge is superior. Melanie our closing specialist, is the one we worked with the most, and she is incredible!! They all ended up feeling like family by the end because of how closely they worked with us, and how happy they were as we completed each phase of the closing process.
