Robert was able to deal with the complicated issues related to processing our property on a living trust to stay in the family. Five siblings involved most with individual problems to be solve, Robert had to be creative to bring everyone together to make the transaction happen.

Melissa and the other folks at GEM were really easy to work with. Very good answers to questions (and very patient while I asked those questions). Also... whenever I threw them a curveball (since I'm a bit of an e-commerce dinosaur) they found easy workarounds that I could handle. All in all a smooth and efficient process.
