The atmosphere of the office. Everyone was friendly and competent. It was always a relaxed and straight to the point visit. Telephone calls were kept to a minimum but what calls there were were resolved quickly.

The refinance process was so better than I expected. Fidel explained to me my options and advised me on what he thought would benefit me most.
