I looked at this process in phases--1st phase I connected with realtor and discussed what type of home we were looking for, our likes and dislikes and areas, in addition, to our budget. Although I already had a lender approval realtor suggested lender that he worked with to make transaction work cohesively. I was very happy to be in communication with Armando and the step-by-step explanations as to what program would best fit my needs. The 2nd phase began after the house was decided upon and that's when I started to feel I was on a rollercoaster, not a bad ride, but it was exciting and exhilarating because I felt confident you guys were working to help me get to my goal. The 3rd phase included what i call the "hand-off" or the T.O. (sales reference term from my retail-selling days), the contact with Mel, April and escrow personnel and various representatives that were working on this transaction. I appreciate the constant communication and status updates as well as requests for required documentation to complete the transaction. I did have some inquiries on the various entries in the intemized section, don't quite remember the name of the document, but it's the one that has all the fees, that was very intense and the various charges were confusing. I wish there would be better explanation and more clarity on this. Overall I felt the whole process was thorough, efficient and pleasant.
