I’ve been in the market for the past two and a half years. I was determined to find something but wasn’t sure if I qualified. The pandemic happened and I had to put everything on hold. Thankfully, as things started to open up, I reached out to Jose for advice on how to succeed during such a time. The whole process can be confusing, frustrating, & emotional especially if it’s your first time buying! Thanks to Jose, his wife Gracie & their amazing team at GEM Mortgage, they worked miracles for me and my mom & we couldn’t have been more thankful!
