All communications were very organized and timely. We previously attempted a re-fi and we ended up giving up because of the amount of back and forth it required and mistakes on the other end. Jennifer and Matthew were professional, organized and kept things moving. We did our part in terms of getting the docs to them and they handled the rest. If we had a question, we received a quick answer which meant that things didn’t drag. This was a night and day experience as compared to our prior effort to re-fi.
