The staff at GEM is top notch with professionalism, but yet with a caring side. Our calls were returned promptly, always kept informed in all areas of the loan process and the ease of documentation was great. They made us feel like our loan was their main priority. The whole process from approval of the loan to funding of the loan did not take long. I was not disappointed, although I still believe that the interest rate is a high.
