Silverio and his staff are the best. They are very thorough from start to finish. They informed me of all the documents that are needed for my refinance situation. They worked very hard to find us the lowest interest rate with our credit standings. Everything was very smoothly in ways of using the system of DOCU SiGN which made it very easy to review and sign our documents on line. Nevertheless at the final end of closing we still needed to sign in person which that was nervousness and even then they rest assured everything is in order giving us peace of mind. I want to thank Silver and Gem mortgage for his expertises in our Mortgage. I approached him about purchasing the home during COVID. With a VA home loan and knowing there is a stiff competition. Silver walked us through the whole process and we kept in contact with us through the process. He asked information from us and we provided him what he needed and it was a good and wonderful process. We had many questions and he had the answers. Silver and his team, to the day of signing our loan was a simple process. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends

Silverio and his team were truly amazing! I've purchased and refinanced half a dozen times in the past and this was by far the easiest experience I've had. We will never use anyone else! He was quick to respond to emails, explained things in detail and didn't once make me feel bad about asking a thousand questions. We ran into a small issue and Silverio saved the day with a creative solution. 10 out of 10, I will be recommending Silverio and his team to all my family and friends!! COVID: A lot of the documents we needed to sign were done electronically, the few docs that needed wet signatures were done in the large conference room. The notary met us there and we felt very comfortable, everyone wore masks and new pens were provided.
