Although it was a tough process to even get pre qualified, once reapproved Silverio kept constant touch with us and helped us thru the process. I loved how he was immediate in his responses and made sure we needed to get things done in order to close in time, which we did! Silverio always responded to our questions promptly, regardless if it were night or weekend. He relayed underwriter’s ongoing requests to us right away and followed through to make sure he had all paperwork needed. He was professional and efficient. He made realistic estimation of the loan processing time so we in turn could decide practical date to close escrow. He made the borrowing process as painless as possible. With his help we got our loan approved ahead of time. Definitely would recommend him to friends and families.

Silverio and his staff are the best. They are very thorough from start to finish. They informed me of all the documents that are needed for my refinance situation. They worked very hard to find us the lowest interest rate with our credit standings. Everything was very smoothly in ways of using the system of DOCU SiGN which made it very easy to review and sign our documents on line. Nevertheless at the final end of closing we still needed to sign in person which that was nervousness and even then they rest assured everything is in order giving us peace of mind.
