Service was pleasant as always but it would be better if clients were informed why changes in fee amounts, total loan amount, APR, etc. occur throughout the process (of course always increasing). This along with the undisclosed fees charged by the current bank made for a gradual increase in closing costs and loan amount as the process the progressed. I'm sure these are predictable increases that could have been made clear from the beginning (even if not legally obligated).
