The excellent customer service from day one when we first met with Fidel and his entire team. The attention to details in every aspect (greeting, service, communication, etc.) and outstanding office environment/atmosphere. With all of COVID-19 going on we weren't able to meet in person like last time, however, he kept us informed of what information he needed from us in order to keep moving forward with the loan process.
